How it works

Trade times on your own night. Each division is photographed together on one night — that's the schedule the city sent parents — so swaps stay within your night. Tap Request swap on another team's time; that coach accepts or declines with their PIN, and you trade.

Open slot (gold, dashed): tap Take it and it's yours. Your old slot frees up for someone else.

Can't make your night at all? Text me at 785-550-2830 or reply to the schedule email. Makeup night (Tuesday, Oct 6) is held for teams who genuinely can't make their own night, and I place those myself so it doesn't fill up.

Deadline: lock in your slot by the deadline. After that the board closes and any change goes through Craig.

Tuesday, Sept 22 is PreK and Kindergarten only so the littles are done by 7:45.
